The Ericsson FAU-200 is designed for "White Phone" or PBX applications at remote locations needing economical voice-only crew calling services. The FAU-200 can only be used within the Globalstar™ USA coverage area. It enables access to the public switched telephone network (PSTN) or other Globalstar™ phones through the Globalstar™ network using standard telephone equipment and wiring. Installation is simple. No aiming or calibration required. Simply mount the weather-resistant unit at a convenient outdoor location with a clear view of the sky. Nord Atlantic USA can provide an optional Long-Range Wireless Phone system with up to 9 handsets for your FAU-200. The FAU-200 unit is not marine weather proof and should not be subjected directly to salt water spray or salt water.
