Shell
Shell is made with Thermoplastic Composite (TPC) materials. The right combination of advance ballistic with structural TPC materials (innovative hybrid laminate) allows for the production of a rigid yet extremely tough shell with increased level of ballistic protection while reducing the weight for the utmost in comfort.

Sizes
Size Range 6 3/4” to 7 7/8”. A comfortable, four point, fully adjustable sizing system accommodates XS−XL, and is combined with a maximum perspiration absorbing liner.

Shell Trim
Shell trim contour is brimless with extra wide eye port opening for maximum peripheral vision and to comfortably accommodate a gas mask and protective eyewear. Neck trim line will be done .500 higher than standard trim to allow uninhibited movement when wearing a ballistic vest with collar.

Comfort Fit System
The Comfort Fit System is a comfortable, four point, fully adjustable sizing system accommodates XS−XL, fit pad is made of a a soft polypropylene outer material to facilitate wicking and is combined with a maximum perspiration absorbing liner.
